Our office is open to accept phone calls:  Monday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m, Tuesday 8:00 am. to 5:00 p.m., Wednesday 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Thursday 8:00 to 6:00 p.m.and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 

          Dr.  Kolinski is available for appointments Monday through Thursday. 

Dr. Crosby is available for appointments Monday, and Wednesday through Friday.

We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. Please allow approximately 45 minutes for your initial consultation.  Our periodontal maintenance appointments (cleanings) require one hour.   If you have been referred for an isolated problem and a simple procedure is needed, we may be able to complete your care at your initial visit.  If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.

We strive to maintain our schedule to minimize any waiting at the time of your appointment. Referral of emergency patients may cause delays, and your understanding and patience are very much appreciated.

Our office hours are Monday 8:00 a.m.– 6:00 p.m., Tuesay 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Wednesday 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.,         Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Friday 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
