Improvise, adapt, and overcome. We have all faced challenges over the past 6 months due to the Coronavirus. While we have decided to postpone our annual in-person fall seminar, we would still like to bring you valuable educational content so that we can all continue to learn together. We will be offering a series of 1-hour webinars each reviewing a different topic. The first will be the Management of the Posterior Maxilla.

We Will Discuss:

• History, background, and treatment approaches for managing the posterior maxilla
• The crestal sinus lift: what types of cases can be managed with this approach?
• Principles that guide our treatment, restorative compromises, and our philosophy on socket grafting in this area.
